PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further excellent protein fluorescent labeling method, and a protein fluorescent analyzing method.;SOLUTION: Test protein is made to react with nucleic acid aptamer that is fluorescent labeled, and the test protein is fluorescent labeled. Complex of the fluorescent labeled nucleic acid aptamer and the test protein is made to react with a biologically related sample, and the interaction is analyzed by one-molecule fluorometric analysis.
