PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and light-weight noise suppressor which has a high noise suppressing effect and is excellent in flexibility, and a noise suppression film.;SOLUTION: The noise suppressor is composed by forming an insulation coating particle compound resin layer obtained, by mixing insulation coating particles and resin in the range of volume ratio (insulation coating particles/resin) from 5/95 to 50/50, on at least one surface of a conductive filler compound resin layer obtained, by mixing a conductive filler and the resin in the range of volume ratio (conductive filler/resin) from 5/95 to 50/50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
