PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the integration of errors from a plurality of reference stations, high accuracy, and a location control system to utilize them.;SOLUTION: The difference from one's own location computed from an absolute location from a plurality of reference stations R1-Rq of which the absolute locations are previously verified and a navigation message received by each reference station from GPS satellites S1-Sp is taken as error data. A plane of errors is obtained from the error data in the plurality of reference stations, and error plane parameters which indicate the error plane are transmitted as correction data from a computer center C to a target device T. The error of one's own location obtained by the result of single positioning by the navigation message received from the GPS satellites is corrected at the target device T through the use of the error plane parameters.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
