PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a market survey system and a market survey method for widely acquiring answers from general and unspecified persons who have viewed a Web site page and raising the answer ratio to the questions.;SOLUTION: A question management server stores a plurality of prepared questions, and the management server displays any question to analyze the content of the Web site page desiring to acquire the answers, and extracts an optimum question to transmit information of the extracted question to the analyzed Web site. The Web sire displays the question depending on the information of the received question to make the persons input the answers to the displayed question, and transmits the inputted answer information to the management server.
