PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a dissociation constant used for determining whether a bonding manner is a competitive bonding manner or an independent bonding manner when two kinds of analyzing object substances are caused to simultaneously interact with an acquired substance.;SOLUTION: This dissociation constant calculator is equipped with a parameter calculation part 11 and a competition model parameter calculation part 13. The calculation part 11 is used for acquiring a solvent correction response value for each of a plurality of specimen solutions, the response value showing amounts by which compounds A and B contained in the plurality of specimen solutions reversibly bond to the acquired substance of one kind wherein the total mol concentration of the compounds A and B is constant while the composition ratios of the compounds A and B are different from each other. The calculation part 13 is used for calculating the dissociation constant of the compound B with respect to the acquired substance from a relation between the proportion of the mol concentration of the compound B to the total mol concentration and the response value by using a competition model expression.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
