Hardening bone filling agent and skin defect treatment agent using zinc sustained release calcium phosphate

It is intended to provide a hardening bone compensate and a remedy for skin defect with the use of calcium phosphate which sustainedly releases zinc. A filling for repairing bone comprising, as the main component, a calcium phosphate cement obtained by starting with a calcium phosphate cement precursor comprising fine particles of tricalcium phosphate of the high temperature type [alphaCa3(PO4)2] having a zinc content of from 0.004 to 0.075% by weight and showing a zinc content after hardening of from 0.004 to 0.05% by weight; and a remedy for skin defect with the use of a suspension or a particle-solvent mixture system characterized by being a liquid containing fine particles of zinc-containing tricalcium phosphate of the high temperature type having a zinc content of from 0.005 to 0.8% by weight or zinc-containing tricalcium phosphate of the low temperature type [betaCa3(PO4)2] having a zinc content of from 0.005 to 7.0% by weight.
