PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide system to analyze the cause of damage of a self-propelled cargo in an early stage and easily understandable form.;SOLUTION: The system has a damage management server 1 which performs the management of the information regarding the self-propelled cargo, and the analysis and the notice of the damage tendency of the self-propelled cargo, and a damage management database 2 storing the damage information and the transportation information of the self-propelled cargo. The damage management database 2 consists of the basic information database storing the basic information consisting of the maker information, the outlet store information, and the number information regarding the self-propelled cargo, the damage information database storing the information regarding the damage places and the kind of damage of the self-propelled cargo, and the transportation information database storing the information regarding transportation contractor, transportation place or the transportation route of the self-propelled cargo. The damage management server 1 has an analysis means analyzing the damage information by the drill down system, and a notice means notifying the analyzed information or the damage information to the handling person of the self-propelled cargo through the network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
