To reduce operation cost of a damage management job and secure fairness of determination criteria.SOLUTION: A cargo damage information management system that manages cargo damage information includes a mobile terminal photographing a cargo and a cargo damage information management device which manages a photographic image photographed from the mobile terminal together with key information specifying the cargo as cargo damage information, in which the cargo damage information management device has an AI image analysis function of automatically determining a portion, a kind and a level of damage as the cargo damage information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
