PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute retrieval processing (resource record retrieval processing and a transfer destination retrieval processing) for a DNS query request at a high speed. PSOLUTION: An authority server 30 uses a hash value calculation algorithm (hash function) on the basis of a domain name concerning the received query request to sequentially input the hash function from the tail end of the domain, and sequentially calculates the hash values from the tail end to each of labels, using hash values to the last label of each label. The authority server 30 retrieves resource records for the domain name of the calculated hash values from the tail end to each of labels using hash values to the top of the domain name, and retrieves a transfer destination of the domain name, using the calculated hash values from the tail end of the domain name to each of the labels.
