PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing bentonite slurry which eliminates effects of expansion pressure due to a swelling of bentonite on the cement cured product, causes no deterioration in strength, has a long water retention time and is capable of controlling the rise of the surface temperature due to sunshine, and to provide a method of manufacturing a water-retentive cement cured product using the bentonite slurry obtained thereby.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing bentonite slurry comprises kneading water with a sodium-type bentonite in advance, preparing slurry by allowing the sodium-type bentonite to swell, with the swelling rate of the sodium-type bentonite in the slurry being close to its liquid limit, and leaving the slurry standing for a specified time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
