PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save development costs and labor of a user related to the selection of the dealer, when the user trusts the job of development for the application of an image forming device to an application development vender.;SOLUTION: When an application development mediating server 15 receives a development trust condition from a user client device 10, the development trust conditions are transmitted to vender client devices 16 and 17.
