PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a decision, on receipt of an electronic mail including a URL, whether or not it is appropriate to obey the guidance.;SOLUTION: In a system S, a service provider B requests a user A desiring to use a service to declare at least two passwords that can be known only by the user through user selection using communication methods such as mail, facsimile and telephone, except the method of using a network N. The service provider B transmits one of the passwords, declared by the user A, to the user A by attaching it to electronic mail.
