PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein real-time network moving image information using a live camera is limited to a skiing slope or the like in a public place, and a live camera is hardly installed in a place where a user desires to see, while the purchase of merchandise or the like on a network is made mostly by retrieving a homepage of an advertiser or purchasing within an Internet mall.;SOLUTION: The live camera installed beforehand in each home delivery service agency in every area of the country enables the user to browse real-time moving images in a place closest to an area in which the user is interested.
