PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully automatically perform loading work and unloading work of a coil in relation to a hanging tool. ;SOLUTION: The hanging tool 32 of the coil 38 is supported on a liftable support member 26 of a coil conveying device 12 in a state where one end in the longitudinal direction is rotatably supported and the other end is inserted in a first hanging ring 34. A projecting device for tilting the first hanging ring 34 between the supporting position and the separating position is arranged on the support member 26. A hanging tool receiving truck 16 retractably movable in relation to a loading and unloading station for the coil 38 is provided with a receiving claw 70 for supporting and receiving the hanging tool 32 in the inclined state. A coil conveying pallet 14 movable back and forth in relation to the loading and unloading station is provided with support claws 56, 56 for supporting the coil 38 while being inserted in it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
