PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz wave spectrum measuring device widening a zone and heightening a resolution simultaneously.;SOLUTION: This multichannel terahertz wave spectrum measuring device has: a branching means 1 for branching an ultra-short light pulse into pump light and probe light; a THz wave generation source 2 for generating a terahertz wave pulse by being pumped by the pump light; a white light pulse generation source 3 for generating a white light pulse by irradiation of the probe light; an expander 4 for chirping the white light pulse; an electro-optical crystal 5 irradiated with the terahertz wave pulse and the chirped white light pulse in the overlapped state in time, to thereby modulate the chirped white light pulse by an electro-optical effect by an electric field signal of the terahertz wave pulse; a multichannel spectroscopic detector 6 for performing multichannel spectroscopic detection of the modulated chirped white light pulse; and an operation processing means 7 for operating the electric field signal of the terahertz wave pulse from a spectral spectrum of the detected chirped white light pulse, and acquiring a frequency spectrum of the terahertz wave pulse.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
