PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent composition for paint forming a coating film having a sufficient antifouling property, reducing a treating burden of operators, and exhibiting the above effects in a short time. PSOLUTION: This two-component curing type paint of the present invention comprises a curing agent containing the curing agent composition for the paint containing a polyisocyanate, a tetraalkoxysilane or a condensation product thereof, and an acid halide, and a main agent containing an active hydrogen-containing resin. This coating film forming method of the present invention is provided with a water contact process for bringing the coating film formed in an applying process into contact with water.
