EPOXY CURING AGENT FOR RAPID LOW TEMPERATURE CURING, EPOXY PAINT COMPOSITION HAVING THE SAME AND METHOD OF FORMING A PAINT COATING LAYER USING THE COMPOSITION

An epoxy curing agent for rapid low temperature curing is provided to improve rapid low temperature curing property and water resistance of an epoxy paint composition and to manufacture epoxy paint without solvent. An epoxy curing agent for rapid low temperature curing comprises a polythiol resin prepared by reacting carboxylic anhydride and polythiol having at least two thiol groups. The polythiol resin is prepared by reacting polythiol and carboxylic anhydride in a molar ratio of 1:0.05 - 1:0.7. The polythiol resin has 100-500 cps of viscosity at 25°C and 100-300 g/eq of active hydrogen equivalent weight. The polythiol comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of trimethylolpropane trimercaptocarboxylic acid ester, pentaerythritol tetramercaptocarboxylic acid ester and glycol dimercaptocarboxylic acid ester.
