PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for carrying out rapid mass production of holographic recording articles of high performance.;SOLUTION: To prepare a holographic recording articles of high performance based on a two-component urethane matrix system, for examples, polyols and all additives must be virtually free of moisture contents. Deaeration must be carried out, once isocyanate and polyols including catalysts and all other components are mixed together, to eliminate all entrapped air that is introduced into a mixture during mixing. The deaeration takes time, and the urethane reaction must not be allowed to take place until all air bubbles are evacuated from the isocyanate-polyol mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
