PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel frame building materials by far lighter in weight than H-steel having the same specifications and having equal yield strength to that of these building materials, to provide a building constructed by using these building materials, and to provide a building structure such as an outdoor structure for exterior.;SOLUTION: This steel frame building material is provided with a pair of square-shaped hollow steel pipes 2, 2 being parallel for each other and having predetermined length and a belt plate steel member 3 formed into a zigzag shape formed by a substantially continuous trapezoid shape or a substantially continuous V-shape or a substantially W-shape, fixing its top part 3a (and a bottom part) on opposing faces of both of square-shaped hollow steel pipes 2, 2 integrally, and having predetermined thickness.
