PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism for an escapable louver face lattice incapable of unlocking a locked state from the outside and incapable of bringing the state of the "opening" of a louver unless the locked state is brought.;SOLUTION: In the escapable louver face lattice, one end of the face lattice 11 disposing a variable louver 25 to a frame body 12 can be rotated by a support shaft 13 and the other end is fitted to a window frame 10 in a rockable manner. In the escapable louver face lattice, a metal fitting 15 implanting a screw shaft 18 screwing a butterfly screw 19 is fitted at the rocking end of a louver face lattice 11, and a cover 22 unified with a lever 21 is mounted rotatably to a pin 20 set up to the metal fitting 15. In the escapable louver face lattice, a substrate 17 forming a loose hole 26, into which the butterfly screw 19 is penetrated through a bracket 16, is mounted at a place corresponding to the metal fitting 15. In the escapable louver face lattice, the lever 21 is brought down on the louver side and the locked state can be released only when the variable louver 25 is closed, and the variable louver 25 can be opened only when the lever 21 is erected and the locking mechanism 14 is covered with the cover 22.
