PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing metal hyperfine particles in which an organic matter film is efficiently formed on each surface at high energy, and which is hard to be oxidized even in the air without requiring an external heating apparatus by a simple process, and to provide an inexpensive production device with a simple constitution used for the method.;SOLUTION: Vapor generated by making pulse current to flow through metal fine wire coated with organic matter for 0.1 to 50 μs is condensed in an inert gas, thus metal hyperfine particles with the average particle diameter of 5 to 100 nm in which an organic matter film is formed on each surface are produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
