PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid contention of access from a plurality of terminal devices by reducing processing load in determining the time of access from a terminal device to a server device.;SOLUTION: On receipt of access from a terminal device 1, a server device 10 divides a maximum time zone which has a continuous time not determined as a communication time, into two zones by binary search and determines a divided time zone as a communication time and notifies the accessing terminal device 1 of the communication time. The respective terminal devices 1 access the server at different from each other, so that the contention timings of access from the plurality of terminal devices 1 can be avoided in the server device 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
