PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load when determining the time of access from terminal equipment to a server device, and to avoid collision due to access from a plurality of terminal equipment.;SOLUTION: A server device 10 tabulates the number of terminal equipment 1 which has performed access in the previous communication period, calculates the intervals of communication time by dividing the communication period by the number, determines each communication time so that the intervals can be made equal among terminal equipment 1A to 1J, and creates a communication time information table. Then, each time receiving access from the terminal equipment 1, the server device 10 successively reads the communication time from the communication time information table in this communication period, and notifies the terminal equipment 1 which has performed access, of the communication time. Thus, the communication time of each terminal equipment 1 is set with equal intervals, and prevented from being overlapped so that it is possible to prevent collision due to access from the plurality of terminal equipment 1 in the server device 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
