PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegram-assured communication system with an omitted number number management function.;SOLUTION: A receive-side computer 2 requests a resend of a telegram of a serial number not received from a transmission-side computer 1 to a transmission-side computer 1. The transmission-side computer 1 checks whether there is the telegram of the serial number in a temporarily storing region 141 or not. If there is no telegram of the serial number, it is determined there is an omitted number, and an omitted-number notification telegram is transmitted to the receive-side computer 2. The omitted-number notification telegram from the transmission-side computer 1 is received by the receive side computer 2, and the serial number is set as a received serial number and removed from a resend request subject.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
