PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display time stamp data normal working and abnormal working so as to be distinguished each other and quickly and easily confirm the time stamp data of abnormal working.;SOLUTION: In a step 114, calendar screen data which can distinguish a normal working day and an abnormal working day is produced. Herein, the normal working is configuration of working hours within normal starting and ending time, whereas the abnormal working is, such as absence, forgotten time stamp, etc. other than the normal working. In a step 118, time stamp data corresponding to a date key which is operated by operating the data key in the calendar screen is displayed on a display unit.
