PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for forming a rigid polyurethane foam of high dimensional stability without causing any gas blister because of high adhesive strength to a facing material even in case of lowered molding temperature in carrying out a cast molding. PSOLUTION: The polyol composition for forming a rigid polyurethane foam by mixing with an isocyanate group-containing isocyanate component followed by carrying out a reaction comprises an active hydrogen group-bearing polyol compound , a catalyst and a foaming agent that consists mainly of water, and a total of 1-20 pts. wt. of additives of the formula(1)( wherein, RSP1/SPis a 1-4C alkyl; RSP2/SPis a 1-4C alkyl; and n is an integer of 1-4 ) based on 100 pts. wt. of the polyol compound.
