PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: organic semiconductor material which permits liquefaction; an organic semiconductor film produced by applying organic semiconductor material; and an organic semiconductor device employing the organic semiconductor film.;SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor device is configured by using in a semiconductor layer: the polymerized organic semiconductor material constituted by polymerizing a compound shown by the formula 1; the polymerized molecular organic semiconductor material thin film containing the polymerized organic semiconductor material; and the polymerized organic semiconductor material.
