PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage data which are left in a database without being approved. PSOLUTION: A reception data table which has information on an approval status and an approval time limit and is generated every time a cash request is received is stored in a reception information database 102. An approval confirmation part 103 is actuated at specified time and outputs such data that the approval time limit in the acceptance information data indicates the day and the approval status shows non-approval.
