PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily express the basic constitution element of a topic by a comprehensible natural language sentence by effectively analyzing the set of news articles constituting the topic. SOLUTION: The specified news topic is extracted from the news article 2 of a news original and the dependency relation of the news article constituting the extracted specified news topic is analyzed. The typicalness of a word and unified structure characterizing the topic is evaluated as that of the dependency relation of the analyzed news topic.
