PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of worsening the fastened state of fastened members relatively early and damaging the fastened members. ;SOLUTION: This thread-fastening type fastening device has a substantially cylindrical retainer 14 fixed to fastened members 10, 12; a nut 16 serving as a first thread-fastened fastening member fitted to the retainer 14 at a fit-in part 16A out of relative rotation around a fastening axis 22; and a bolt 18 serving as a second thread-fastened fastening member thread-fastened to the nut 16 so as to hold the fastened members 10, 12 between at least the retainer 14 and the bolt 18. The nut 16 has a collar part 16B abutting the retainer 14 on the opposite side to the fastened members. The fit-in part 16A and a nut receiving hole 24 of the retainer 14 have square cross section. The fit-in part 16 is press-fixed into the retainer 14, and the retainer 14 is fixed to the fastened member 10 by a weld part 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
