PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of fiber-reinforced concrete members capable of flattening the top surface satisfactorily.;SOLUTION: In the forming method of a fiber-reinforced concrete member 1, the top surface 101 is abutted on a mold frame 2 which forms the fiber-reinforced concrete member 1 such that the outside surface 1e of a slab 1a in the fiber-reinforced concrete member 1 becomes the top surface 101, and the cover frame 8 provided with a feeding/discharging port 8a of concrete Cr is disposed on the mold frame 2.
