PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV receiver and a TV receiver built-in cellular phone device, capable of making an intended party to watch a TV program relating to the TV program defined by a user in response to a broadcasting wave receivable to the intended party. PSOLUTION: Selection information of the program which is now watched by the user is transmitted to a TV receiver built-in cellular phone device 101' of the intended party from a TV receiver built-in cellular phone device 101 of the user. The same broadcasting wave which is broadcasting the TV program watched by the user is made to be selected by the TV receiver built-in cellular phone device 101' of the intended party, and the TV program now being watched by the user is set to the intended party.
