PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent non-conforming articles from being manufactured, at the time of retooling corresponding to substrate types.;SOLUTION: In the mounting substrate manufacturing apparatus wherein a working machine composed of a part mounting machine or the like is arranged along the conveyance line of a substrate, the mounting substrate manufacturing apparatus and the working state confirmation method comprise: a product class information detection means 1 for detecting the product class information of the substrate carried into the working machine; a determination means 16 for determining whether a new type of substrate can be carried into the working machine, based on the product class information of the substrate detected by the product class information detection means 1; and an inspection means (propriety determining means 18) for inspecting the propriety of the working state at the completion of work to the new type of substrate, when it is determined that a new type of substrate can be carried into the working machine by the determination means 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
