PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in judging the presence or absence of a human body by providing the output obtained from a human body detecting sensor with two judging conditions of an inclination and an absolute value based on the difference between a voltage value and a moving average value in every sampling. PSOLUTION: This air conditioner having the human body detecting sensor comprises the human body detecting sensor having two pyroelectric sensors loaded on the air conditioner and using an infrared ray receiving element, and an amplifying circuit for amplifying the miniature voltage obtained from the pyroelectric sensors, an absolute value determining part for judging the presence or absence of the human body on the basis of the difference between a raw data output from the human body detecting sensor and the moving average value, and an inclination determining part for judging the presence or absence of the human body on the basis of the inclination of the difference between the past raw data and the moving average value, and the difference between the present raw data and the moving average value.
