PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for mixing a resin material and a carbon nano-material more increasing the strength of a molded part.;SOLUTION: As shown in figure (b), a resin material 11 and an organic solvent 10 are mixed, and the resin material 11 is dissolved in the organic solvent 10 to obtain a resin-dispersed solution 14. Next, as shown in (c), a carbon nano-material 12 prepared in (a) is added to the resin-dispersed solution 14. Then, sufficient stirring is performed with a stirring rod 15 in such a manner that the carbon nano-material 12 is dispersed. As shown in (d), a sufficient amount of water 13 is added to the carbon nano-resin-dispersed solution 16 to prepare an aqueous phase solution 17. Then, THF is shifted to the aqueous phase. As shown in (e), the aqueous phase solution 17 is filtered with filter paper 18. Thus, the THF is removed together with water. The remaining can be removed by drying. As a result of the drying, a carbon material 19 coated with the resin is obtained. As shown in (f), in the carbon material 19 covered with the resin, the carbon material 12 is coated with a large quantity of resin material 11. According to this invention, the resin material 11 on the surface serves as a partition so as to check the contact and flocculation between the carbon nano-materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
