RIDGE PROTECTIVE BLOCK, RIDGE USING THE RIDGE PROTECTIVE BLOCK, AND METHOD OF SETTING THE RIDGE PROTECTIVE BLOCK ON RIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge protective block which is high in general purpose property, facilitates firm setting on a ridge without driving a pile, is excellent in durability, and easily mountable compared with the case of concrete driving, and to provide the ridge using the ridge protective block, and a method of setting the ridge protective block.;SOLUTION: The ridge protective block 1 is formed of an erect wall 2 for covering one side wall of the ridge over a suitable length, and an anchor 3 extending from an almost vertical midpoint of the rear surface 22 of the erect wall 2, and embedded in the ridge. Preferably, in the ridge protective block 1, the anchor 3 has a ridge soil filling hole 30 that is vertically penetratingly formed.
