PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lavatory arrangement with a mobile storage container structure for separating excrement from urine and storing them in an excrement tank and a urine tank. PSOLUTION: An anhydrous excrement and urine treatment method and an anhydrous excrement and urine treatment system are provided. The storage container for separating the excrement from the urine and respectively storing the separated excrement and urine is included. The excrement and urine are collected and dried by the temperature rise of a heat collecting board through the use of solar heat, so as to be used as a fertilizer and a soil conditioner.
