PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a captured ion mobility analyzer.;SOLUTION: The captured ion mobility analyzer utilizes an algorithm for detecting and analyzing both positive and negative plasmagrams simultaneously. By detecting the presence of peaks in both of the spectra, and setting a logic filter which requires the presence or absence of specific peaks in both of the spectra, the selectivity is improved.
