PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service quality guarantee method for guaranteeing the quality of serives employing wireless LAN using a function for ensuring the quality of HCCA services by suppressing the number of queues being arranged in AP even when a large number of terminals request connection with the AP in wireless LAN and transmission rate between each terminal and the AP is not identical entirely, and to provide service quality guarantee system and program, and a medium recording that program.;SOLUTION: The service quality guarantee system 1 comprises a means 11 for classifying packets, a queue 12 for storing packets, a means 13 for storing packets in the queue, a means 14 for managing a schedule delivering packets, and a means 15 for delivering packets from the queue.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
