PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing loads of selecting members and data and facilitating smooth business proceedings in holding a series of electronic conferences in business processes.;SOLUTION: A conference shifting control system 100 is constituted by connecting a server 47 to a plurality of terminals 48 via a network 49. In the memory 53 of the server 47, a conference shifting control means 50 and a conference shifting means 51 are arranged. The shifting control means 50 controls an entire conference flow. The conference shifting means 51 proceeds each conference. A hard disk device 54 includes a conference information storage means 61, a member information storage means 62, and a data information storage means 63. The conference information storage means 61 stores a conference information table which defines the flow of the conference. The member information storage means 62 stores the member information table for defining participating members in each conference and data to be dealt with.
