PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the decorative sheet wherein the adhesion of a printing layer such as a pattern to a substrate sheet or the adhesion of a surface protective layer comprising a curable resin to the substrate sheet is good in both of initial adhesion and weatherproof adhesion and both characteristics are well-balanced. SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet wherein a curable resin layer 3 comprising an ionizing radiation curable resin is laminated to the surface of a thermoplastic resin substrate sheet 2 comprising a polyolefin resin, the curable resin layer 3 is provided through a primer layer 4 formed from a copolymer of an acrylic resin and a urethane resin and isocyanate.
