PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight decorative sheet, a building interior material, and a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet, which have both high noncombustible performance and high designability. The decorative sheet of the present invention has a colored sheet and a substrate, and the colored sheet has a pattern layer on a transparent vinyl chloride resin sheet and a colored solid printing layer on the pattern layer. The substrate has a layer composed of glass fibers, and the colored solid printing layer of the colored sheet and the layer composed of the glass fibers of the substrate are adhered to each other via an adhesive layer. It has a colored vinyl chloride resin sheet on the side opposite to the side of the layer made of glass fiber, which is adhered to the colored solid printing layer. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
