PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile separation method for a tile finishing wall capable of easily separating, removing and repairing tiles from a substrate plate without damaging a substrate and to provide a tile separation tool.;SOLUTION: The tile separation method of the tile finishing wall 1 previously forms a gap S between the tiles 2 and 2 of the tile finishing wall 1 sticking the tile 2 on the substrate plate 3 by an adhesive 4, inserts a pressure piece 5 into the gap S to be brought into contact with the end face of the tile 2, applies load F to move the pressure piece 5 in the shearing direction of an adhesive layer, and separates the tile 2 from the substrate plate 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
