PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech communication environment comprising a sound volume, a window open/closed state, etc., suitable to a user who performs speech communication on an automobile according to a speech communication partner.;SOLUTION: Importance codes, telephone numbers, and speech communication control information corresponding to the importance codes are registered by users in a mobile terminal 10. During origination and arrival, a partner telephone number is acquired to retrieve and acquire the importance code registered, corresponding to the partner telephone number and the speech communication environment control information registered, corresponding to the importance code, the acquired speech communication environment control information is transmitted from the mobile terminal 10 to an on-vehicle device 20 to request it to control a speech communication environment, and the on-vehicle device 20 controls the sound volume of on-vehicle audio equipment and opening/closing of windows, based upon the speech communication environment control information received from the mobile terminal 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
