PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the releasability of a printing paper from a plate cylinder and to shorten the time required for a first printing process.;SOLUTION: In the first printing process for winding a processed stencil original paper around the plate cylinder and printing on a printing paper, a PWM signal is, prior to relieving the braking force of a brake means, preliminarily input into the drive circuit of a motor, so that the plate cylinder, which is stopped rotation by the braking force of the braking means for cutting the processed stencil original paper wound around the plate cylinder in a specified quantity, is rotationally driven while being accelerated immediately when the braking force of the braking means is relieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
