PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linkage disequilibrium state visualizer which can plurally visualize linkage disequilibrium index data between SNPs, and to provide a program which can perform a linkage disequilibrium state visualization method with a computer. PSOLUTION: This linkage disequilibrium state visualizer and the program are used for setting recognition information-determining conditions which are conditions for determining recognition information for visually recognizing linkage disequilibrium index data, determining recognition information corresponding to respective linkage disequilibrium index data on the basis of the set recognition information-determining conditions, storing the determined recognition information in response to the linkage disequilibrium index data, using SNP sitting positions on the x-axis and the y-axis and using the other linkage disequilibrium index data on the z-axis to make the three-dimensional data, for respective linkage disequilibrium index data, and superposing image data specified by the recognition information on the corresponding position of the made three-dimensional data to display the three-dimensional image.
