The program of the present invention, which aims to design one passive element with a small error by combining a plurality of passive elements having relatively large errors, starts with a combination of two elements, and combines the passive elements one by one. In the process, the procedure for calculating the coefficient to be used for multiplication corresponding to the value of one passive element to be designed and the procedure for determining the values of a plurality of passive elements using the calculated coefficient are executed in the computer. In the coefficient calculation procedure, calculation is performed so as to suppress an error of one passive element to be designed.
