PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified analytical method and analyzer for dioxins for extracting quickly and easily dioxins to be measured in a short time after refined. PSOLUTION: In this simplified analytical method, the dioxins are extracted with a solvent from an analytical objective sample under a high pressure and a high temperature, the extracted dioxins are passed through a multilayer silica gel column to remove contaminants, the dioxins are adsorbed by passing a column layered with activated carbons different in adsorptive forces, and those are eluted to be introduced into the analyzer to measure concentrations of dioxins. In this simplified analytical method and analyzer, an introduction process having a precolumn, a cold trap and an analytical column is provided between the column for adsorption-elution and the analyzer, the liquid sample containing the plurality of dioxins eluted from the activated carbons is guided to the precolumn to separate the contaminants, is introduced into the cold trap to reduce the solvent, and the plurality of dioxins are separated by the analytical column to be guided to the analyzer so as to measure the concentration in each of dioxins.
