PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method, an analysis preprocessor, and an analysis preprocessing kit for simultaneously and accurately measuring a halide and a sulfur oxide in an exhaust gas generated from a chemical reaction apparatus such as a garbage incinerator by one sampling and one analysis.;SOLUTION: After the exhaust gas containing the halide and the sulfur oxide generated from the chemical reaction apparatus is absorbed in an aqueous sodium hydroxide, sodium ions are adsorbed/removed by adding a cation-exchange resin. Then, after a carbon dioxide is removed by passing a gas for purging the carbon dioxide through an absorbing solution, halide ions and sulfur ions are measured in the absorbing solution by an ion chromatography. The halide and the sulfur oxide can be simultaneously and precisely analyzed by removing an alkaline component and carbonate ions as a cause of an interference during an analysis using an IC method. Alternatively, SOx concentration can be precisely measured/analyzed if the SOx is entirely replaced with the sulfur ions in the exhaust gas by flowing ozone in the exhaust gas absorbing solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
