PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment liquid of a specimen necessary for more accurately performing examination by suppressing non-specific reaction, when an influenze virus is examined by immuno-chromatography, and to provide a pretreatment method.;SOLUTION: When the examination of influenza is performed by immuno-chromatography, the specimen is treated with the pre-treatment liquid containing at least a thiocyanic compound.
